Melco Precisions Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9002 certified pioneer manufacturer of Castings in Alloy Steels and Irons for heat, wear and corrosion resistant applications. The company produces a wide range of Castings conforming to Indian and International standards/specifications. Our foundry is equipped with an integrated range of facilities, from pattern making to the machining of the finished casting.
Over 30 years of experience has enabled us to develop intricate and sophisticated castings for diverse applications in Mining, Chemical and Fertilizer Plants, Shredding, Iron Ore Pelletisation, Construction and Road Building, Railways, Defense, Food and Beverages, Power Plants, Cement Industry, Petrochemicals, Concrete Recycling, etc.
Melco is exporting Crusher and Shredder Spares, mainly Blow Bars and Shredder Hammers in Hi Chromium, Martensitic / LAS and Manganese Steel to U.S, Australia, U.K, South Africa, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen and Kuwait.
Tight process controls are exercised, which cover chemical and mechanical testing and clearly defined process procedures. We have set high standards for products and processes and produce a wide range of castings conforming to Indian and International standards/specifications.
